Good to know

With its central location, this quiet residential condo is perfect for medium term vacationing families or working professionals. We have completely renovated the entire condo, including a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, quartz countertops, and grey laminate flooring. All kitchen essentials are also included. All three bedrooms offer new queen size Spring Air foam mattresses, which are great for 2 people per bed-6 total guests. The Master offers an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The windows are double-pane for maximum noise reduction and temperature control. All bedrooms have blackout shades. We do not allow pets, smoking of any kind, events, parties or overnight guests not on the reservation.

House Rules

*Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a Ring doorbell that records those entering the home. *No Smoking or Drugs: There is no smoking or vaping of any kind in the house, on the front or back patios, or driveways. This home is for non-smokers only. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied if smoke smell is left in premises. *Quiet Hours: As respect for other tenants in the buildings, please be quiet especially in driveway areas from 10 p.m. to 7am. * Locking Up: Please always lock the front door, sliders, and all windows when you leave. Leave the first light switch as you enter the house in the on position for outside motion lights. Please close blinds during summer months when exiting for the day and set Ecobee to Away. *No Events or Parties: We are perfectly happy having people stop by to pick up our guests, but we would prefer that you not use our home to entertain. *No Overnight Guests: No overnight guests with prior approval and subject to an additional fee. *No Pets: No dogs, cats, or other animals allowed in or outside the premises. *Parking: Allowed in two garage spaces, one space in front of garage (park diagonally across the garage door), and on the street. Please do not block driveway in any way that prohibits other tenants from accessing their garage and ingress/egress. *Trash: Trash cans on side yard. Our neighbors will be accessing the yard on Mondays and Tuesdays to bring the trash cans in and out. Also, please note posted street sweeping hours and no parking signs for Tuesdays. *Washer/Dryer: Please wash full loads and remove lint from dryer after each use. Also, please cover units when not in use to keep them clean. *Cooking: The stove, oven, cookware, microwave, glassware, dishes, etc. are provided for your use. We just ask that you clean all dishes, do not put pots/pans or knives in the dishwasher, and cover all food you put in the microwave so that it stays clean for our next guests. *Cleaning: If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let us know as soon as possible. Of course, we appreciate you maintaining the property in the clean manner it was provided to you. Please do not rearrange our furniture. *Keys: Unreturned house/bedroom keys or garage remote will be charged a $25 fee.

Other Details to Note

Our single-level duplex shares one wall with our long-term tenant. A church parking lot is located behind the backyard fence. Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living onsite 24/7.

Old Town Orange, a popular destination for dining and shopping, is less than a mile away and has repeatedly been voted one of Orange County’s best downtown areas. Spend the day browsing the antique and collectible stores and then drop in at one of the many restaurants, bars, or coffee shops centered around Plaza Park to finish off the day. If you are looking for a quiet residential area to rest, yet be near places to eat and shop, look no further!

Staying at Linda's has always been fantastic! This was our second time here and it was even better than the first. Great little place for our family on a small cue-de-sac. Very safe and quiet.

The house is really cute, the neighborhood was nice and the location was great. It’s located in a good neighborhood, on a quiet cul de sac, so no noise from traffic at night. It was perfect for our honeymoon. The host keeps a nice assortment of cooking utensils and spices for use, and I LOVED THE KITCHEN SINK! The fridge was spacious and modern, and the cooktop stove was easy to use. As for security, it was very nice having a garage to use for overnight parking, and a Ring doorbell system was nice as well. We picked the location because it was close to Disneyland, just a short drive away on surface streets or a quick jump onto the freeway. Restaurants were close by also, which made dinner options easy having our own vehicle, but I’m sure it would be a cheap trip on Uber or Lyft or even delivery from GrubHub or something like that. The floor was very nice, and the whole house was very clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. (Three queen sized beds and three bedrooms. ) After a long day of fun at Disneyland, it was nice for my husband to come back to a home with an easy floor plan, spacious showers, and comfortable beds. He has fibromyalgia so, for him to say it was comfortable is a major compliment! Overall, our stay was exceptional. Despite the issues with our initial booking and reservation needing additional photos of the tenants, the only other thing that we could say was that we noticed some ants on the counter top in the kitchen. My husband found some Lysol under the counter and we got rid of the ants (not many ants honestly). We let our host know, out of courtesy, and asked if there might be some Raid in the garage or something, or if we should get some at the store. They were very apologetic for the inconvenience (it really wasn’t at all) and sent us a gift card for Starbucks. Honestly, Linda and Jason were both great! I would definitely recommend their home for anyone looking for a nice cozy place to vacation at near Anaheim. I would even say that, if this home is still available years from now, we will bring our children here for a family vacation of our own.

My family and I had such a wonderful time at Linda’s place. Everything was clean and checking in was a breeze. My brother in law forgot shampoo but not to worry cause Linda had that stocked and ready to use already:) we loved that there was already water bottles stocked in the fridge as well as cream for coffee. I have a one year old and asked for a pack n play and she went out of her way to get us one for our stay. Fast response and she checked on us through message everyday to see if we needed anything. Thank you so much for your hospitality! Would stay here again:D

This home is very cozy and clean! The host are very attentive and respond right away to any communication. They also had thoughtful touches and amenities that were a nice surprise. The whole stay was a very nice and easy experience. I would stay here again!

Our duplex in located in the City of Orange, which borders Irvine, Tustin, Santa Ana, and Anaheim Hills. We are centrally located to major shopping areas (South Coast Plaza, Irvine Spectrum and Fashion Island), restaurants, beaches, Disneyland, Chapman University and several major hospitals (St. Joseph's, CHOC, Chapman General, UCI) for those working in the medical community. Old Town Orange, a popular destination for dining and shopping is less than a mile away. We are centrally located near the 22, 55, 57 and 5 freeways. If you love to hike or just go for a leisurely walk, check out Santiago Oaks Regional Park or Peters Canyon Regional Park. There is so much to do within a very short distance of this property.
