Good to know

From the minute you enter the beautiful courtyard, complete with fireplace and awning, you will be amazed! One side of the courtyard is the casita with its own separate entrance. Across the courtyard the front door invites you inside where you will enter into a wall of glass and your vacation view of the pool, spa, dramatic vista of the Santa Rosa Mountains and 18th hole of the Nicklaus Tournament Course at PGA West. One of the best features of this home is the backyard facing northeast and the pool with tanning shelf, pool toys, corn hole, BBQ and plenty of seating...even in the pool! The renovated modern pool, spa, and backyard provides relaxing views and plenty of room for fun. Play day or nighttime corn hole on the turf equipped with lighting or put one of the white lounge chairs on the tanning shelf and just relax. You can also sit on one of the five built-in bar stools in the pool and chat with the people at the six-person dining table. There is also a four-person dining table under the patio cover and five additional lounge chairs. Perfect for working or relaxing, the layout of this updated home offers multiple areas to use your laptop with the high-speed Wi-Fi and much needed cell signal booster. Couches and bar top seating are both available in three separate areas, while still enjoying views of the amazing outdoors if you need to catch up on work or just want to relax inside. The large sliding door from the office/coffee room opens to the relaxing courtyard and fireplace, where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening beverage. The family room has many board games to have fun with and a 65-inch Smart TV offering standard cable and allowing you to login to your own online accounts. The Smart Home Control Center links Spotify to the in-house speakers and controls the pool/spa, garages, and locks. The kitchen, with its new black stainless dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, offers a large center island for food prep. Seating is plentiful with three at the breakfast bar, four at the bar top table in coffee/work room, three at the wet bar and six more seats at the beautiful glass top dining room table. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the plates, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking and baking basics. There is also a blender, Keurig for your morning coffee, and the wet bar offers an ice maker and dual drawer beverage center! Each bedroom is private and has an ensuite bathroom. All rooms have brand new mattresses with a King in the Master, optional King or two Twin XL's in the second bedroom, and Queen in the separate Casita. Additionally, there is a couch sleeper sofa and television in the Master, which sheets can be left to make it into a bed. In addition to the Queen size bed in the Casita, it has a futon, its own air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and television. Each bathroom is stocked with starter hand soaps, bath soap, shampoo, towels, and a hair dryer for guest use. The house also has a separate laundry room with a washer & dryer. Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of Keurig coffee, tea, cream, trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry pods. We do not allow pets, events, parties or overnight guests not on the reservation. Pool/Spa heating is available and is $35/day to heat the Spa and $75/day to heat the Pool & Spa. During the summer in the desert, the outside temperature can reach well over 100ºF.  We aim to provide a comfortable experience in the house during the summer months; however, we cannot overtax our A/C systems (we have two units). Due to equipment operating ranges, we cannot guarantee more than a 30ºF delta between the inside and outside temperatures without risking equipment failure. Therefore, we set the house temperature to 78ºF during the day and 74º during the night to provide a balance between comfort and equipment strain. We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. House Rules

• Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. • Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a video doorbell on front gate and driveway, and a camera on pool equipment. • Pool and Spa: Has no gate/fence and is open to Golf Course. This pool is kept clean with a pool vacuum and sweeper. Please do not touch or remove this equipment. If you would like it removed, please contact us and we will have someone remove it. In the event the system is removed without authorization, there will be a $500 fine assessed. • No Overnight Guests: No overnight guests are allowed to enter the home that are not on the reservation and additional guests must be cleared prior to check in. Unauthorized guests that access property without prior approval will be subject primary guests to immediate reservation cancellation. • Quiet Hours are from 10PM - 7AM and are strictly enforced. There is a NoiseAware system that alerts owners for sustained noise violations. If a fine is levied against the property during your stay, you will be responsible for the cost. • While Wifi is provided, we cannot control any outages or interruption of service caused by the internet provider. If you experience an interruption of service during your stay, there will there will be no full or partial refund. • Guests agree to abide by all City of La Quinta and PGA West Fairway HOA rules and regulations. Any fines or penalties incurred during your stay will be the responsibility of you and/or your guests. • Keys: Unreturned house/bedroom keys or garage remote will be charged a $25 fee.

Other Details to Note

Pool/Spa heating is available and is $35/day to heat the Spa and $75/day to heat the Pool & Spa. Pool service is Wednesday and our gardener comes on Thursday.

We thoroughly enjoyed Linda's home in La Quinta. Linda was incredibly responsive and helpful with questions about the home. It was a great location on the golf course with magnificent views of the mountains for sunrise coffee and sunset beverages from the hot tub. We would absolutely book this home again when in the La Quinta area again.

Linda was such a responsive and helpful host, and the house was perfect for my family over Thanksgiving! We had the most enjoyable trip. The location on the course is beautiful, the sound system in the house is fantastic, the hot tub heats up quickly, the beds are comfortable, all of the appliances and kitchen utensils/glassware/dishes are nice, and it was very clean. We felt right at home. Thank you!
