This 4 story townhome built in 2019 is located within one mile of Disneyland, Angel Stadium, and Honda Center. It has a modern and spacious main living area on the 2nd floor with guest ensuite on the 1st floor. There is a private rooftop deck built out with a BBQ, fire table, couches and TV. The primary ensuite is on the 3rd floor with double vanity and large bedroom. Additionally on the 3rd floor is a bedroom and home office, sharing a hallway bathroom. 5 minutes to 5, 57, and 22 freeways.

• Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. • Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a video doorbell on front door and camera on garage that records those entering the home. • No Smoking or Drugs: There is no smoking or vaping of any kind in the house, in the front or on rooftop patio or garage. This home is for non-smokers only. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied if smoke smell is left in premises. Guests found smoking will be ask to check out immediately. • Parking: Allowed in two garage spaces only. No overnight parking in parking lot without prior HOA approval and $200/car fee paid to HOA. Unpermitted cars left in parking lot overnight will be cited by HOA. Please do not block access in any way that prohibits other units from accessing their garage and ingress/egress. • Quiet Hours: As respect for other tenants in the buildings, please be quiet especially in rooftop area from 10 p.m. to 7am. • Locking Up: Please always lock the front door and windows when you leave. • No Events or Parties: We are perfectly happy having people stop by to pick up our guests, but request that you not use our home or community pool to entertain. • No Overnight Guests: No overnight guests with prior approval and subject to an additional fee. • No Pets: No dogs, cats, or other animals allowed in or outside the premises. If animals/pets are found on the premises, guests will be ask to check out immediately. • Trash: Trash cans in garage. Trash day is Tuesday. Please return to garage after trash pick up. • Washer/Dryer: Please wash full loads and remove lint from dryer after each use. • Cooking: The stove, oven, cookware, microwave, glassware, dishes, etc. are provided for your use. We just ask that you clean all dishes, do not put pots/pans or knives in the dishwasher, and cover all food you put in the microwave so that it stays clean for our next guests. • Cleaning: If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. please let us know as soon as possible. Of course, we appreciate you maintaining the property in the clean manner it was provided to you. Please do not rearrange our furniture. • Keys: Unreturned house keys or garage remote will be charged a $25 fee.

Our townhome shares two walls with our neighbors. Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Also, you will hear Angel Stadium and Disneyland fireworks in the evenings. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living onsite 24/7.
